You carry the lists, the worries, the dreams, the hearts. It’s a lot, and you probably don’t get or take many breaks.

How lovely to come across you here! I have been engaged in spiritual guidance work for 40 years. What a beautiful guided meditation. Just what I need. I moved to Iowa City 6 years ago after living in Kansas for 30 years. I joined the Iowa Writers Collaborative and am getting ready for my first Substack post.
